New Work

Well it's long overdue but I'm finally getting round to updating, got some new images on the way from LFW A/W 2012. If you want to see my drawings from last season their here, on AccessFashion, and I've also been doing menswear photoshoots and A/W 2012 LFW postings on BoysbyGirls.com. The drawings here are mostly from past Mcqueen collections I've been doing in my freetime. More fashion week stuff to come.

Fashion Week sneak peek!

Sorry for the lack of posts in recent times, for those I haven't been excitedly and annoyingly talking their ears off about it, I am at London fashion week S/S 2012! Sketching from the catwalk, I'm collaborating with Access Fashion and their wonderful amazing team, check out their website here its pretty awesome.
But while my sketchbooks are full with lots of speedy nonsensical drawings which have yet to be deciphered here are some snapshots of my week so far. The highlight has to be the Temperly show at the British Museum, I've long been a fan of her dresses, always beautiful to draw, and in real life they are stunning. And for those eagle eyed celeb viewers I've put a picture up of the star studded front row. And for any other eagle eyed people, see if you can spot me sketching in the front row at Spijkers En Spijkers (top right picture) here.
Stay tuned for full coverage of my week, with still 2 days to go, hopefully I'l start uploading the fashion diary I've been writing.
Locations are, Somerset House, Freemasons Hall, Various hotels, and the photographs here are from Temperly, Kristoff Strozyna, Daks and Teatum Jones.

New Blood

I'm also exhibiting at the D&AD new blood, its worth a visit just to see all the different university work and our good looking stand, come along if you have a spare tenner (ruling out any of my friends) and your near shoreditch. Info here

1.5 metres by 3 metres.

Thats how big my final piece turned out to be for our graduate show, which happened about 2 weeks ago but I'm only just getting round to putting any pictures up. Due to spending the last week in a muddy Somerset field. The piece was based on Alexander Mcqueen (for a change) including his gold plated fox skeleton and his taxidermy bird dress. All original drawing.
